Burak Hakki; Turkish Actor and Model
" Ali " "لعب دور "علي Burak was born on the 23rd of May 1972 in Istanbul, Turkey. He is an MBA graduate from Istanbul University where he was also granted a Scholarship to the European University in Switzerland. Burak was also a basketball player at the University the same period of time when he started a professional modeling career. At the time, he has been modeling for 10 consecutive years, and through this time won several titles, modeled for over a 1000 fashion advertisement, and participated in more than 10 video clip ads as well. His career is a successful one with many won competitions. In 1994, Burak won the title of Best Model in Turkey, and after less than a year got a similar title in an international competition held in Australia. Since then, Burack worked with the best fashion agencies around the world, including France, Italy and Spain. On a personal level, Burak is currently married to the beautiful model and actress Sema Simsek.
In the year 2000, Burak took his career a step forward as he decided to enter the world of acting. In the Turkish Drama Kaybolan yillar or "وتمضي الأيام", Burak plays the role of Ali or "علي", who is an orphan policeman who gets to meet his long-lost childhood friends after more than 32 years. |
